Aeronova has begun the first flight tests of the AEROLЁT-01 hybrid airship. All tests are conducted at the Voskresensk Aviation Center.

This hybrid model combines aerostatic and aerodynamic lift generation. The special airship shape, developed by our specialists, considerably increases the airship's payload capacity and allows to operate it ballast-free.The initial stages of testing were successful: the functionality of all the aircraft components and mechanisms was verified, as were vertical takeoff and hovering capabilities, maneuverability, and operator performance.The specialists are currently refining the flight algorithms. The company plans to conduct a series of free-flight tests soon.
