AERONOVA is finalizing preparations to launch its own envelope manufacturing facility at dedicated production premises.
As part of this stage, a comprehensive set of works to establish the required infrastructure has been completed: the premises have been prepared, compliance with technological requirements has been ensured, and the installation of production equipment has been finalized.
The site has received and installed the core equipment, including RF welding systems, material feeding and cutting systems, as well as ancillary tools and equipment that enable a full cycle of envelope manufacturing.
The commissioning phase is currently underway to test and fine-tune the technological processes. Production is being organized in line with the quality and reliability requirements for envelopes used in new generation airships.
The manufacture of the first pilot samples is planned in the near future, after which the facility will transition to regular operation.
Establishing an in-house envelope production base is an important milestone in the company’s development, aimed at ensuring technological independence and maintaining quality control at every stage of manufacturing key airship components.
